USCIS to Accept H-1B Petitions for Fiscal Year 2013 on April 1st 2012
Effective April 1, 2012, USCIS will be accepting H-1B petitions against the 2013 cap with an effective start date of October 1, 2012. The cap is set at 65,000 visas although an additional 20,000 visas are reserved for individuals with master’s degrees or above from U.S. universities or institutions.
