Rachel S. Legg
Rachel Legg joined Davidson & Schiller in 2011 after spending several years working in international higher education at Northwestern University, Illinois. There, she worked with students and academic professionals to navigate through the U.S. immigration system, and helped them plan their path to permanent residency. She brings an expertise in immigration regulations and categories used in the academic world, particularly students in F-1 and J-1 status, postdoctoral researchers and interns in J-1 status, and faculty and staff in H-1B, E-3, and TN status. In addition to a B.A. in Psychology and Japanese from Kalamazoo College, and a M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Temple University, she has lived in England and in Japan. At Davidson and Schiller, she specializes in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including H-1B’s and Schedule A immigrant petitions.
