Mark S. Davidson | William B. Schiller

Olga Baranovskiy (Legal Assistant) has been with Davidson & Schiller, LLC, since 1995. Ms. Baranovsky holds a Masters Degree in education from the Kiev University of Linguistics in the Ukraine, and has a strong background of knowledge in the post-Soviet republics. At Davidson & Schiller, LLC, she assists with the preparation of cases dealing with a wide range of legal issues, including conducting research and working with clients. She is fluent in Russian.

Robert Rooney (Legal Assistant, Technical/Legal Writer) graduated cum laude from Northwestern University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism. At Davidson & Schiller, LLC, Mr. Rooney’s strong background in writing and communications is utilized in his role as a technical and legal writer. He also works closely with the attorneys and conducts research, particularly on extraordinary alien petitions, national interest waivers, and family and corporate-based cases.

Katy Ray (Legal Assistant) graduated from Elgin Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2007. She assists the attorneys on a variety of legal issues concerning employment- and family-based immigration.

Hannah Rapp (Legal Assistant) graduated from Knox College in 2008 with degree in Classical Languages and Literature. In the summer of 2006, she interned with the National Immigrant Justice Center in Chicago. At Davidson & Schiller, she uses her strong writing ability and research background to assist our attorneys in the preparation of employment-based immigration cases for researchers and scientists. She works closely with our attorneys on national interest waivers, outstanding researcher petitions, and other employment-based case, in addition to family-based immigration applications.

Andrew Hinderaker holds an M.A. and B.A. (both in English) from Stanford University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 2001. A Chicago-based writer, his plays have been performed throughout the country, as well as right here in Chicago at Steppenwolf and Victory Gardens Theatre. At Davidson & Schiller, he uses his strong writing skills to assist our attorneys in the preparation of employment-based immigration cases for researchers and scientists.

Lizeth Orozco (Receptionist and Docket Clerk) has been with Davidson & Schiller, LLC, since 2000, and she has several years of prior experience as a law firm receptionist. Ms. Orozco’s role at Davidson & Schiller also includes filing and other clerkship duties. She is fluent in Spanish.
